1. Please confirm that wireless charging is supported on your phone.
2. Incompatibility case: Overheating or other irregularities during charging may occur if your phone case is ≥4mm (0.16 in) thick or if you use an OtterBox case, which is excessively thick.
3. The phone’s surface temperature is typically higher when charging in leather cases than in silicone or clear ones since leather does not dissipate heat properly.
4. Select a level spot on the dashboard to attach the wireless charger suction cup, then press the cup firmly before locking it in place. To improve adhesion and keep the phone from slipping off, wait 30 minutes after installation before putting it on.
5. The phone is most likely positioned at an angle if the arm clamp is occasionally unable to secure it. This should be fixed if you move the phone.
6. Your phone may not be compatible with the wireless charger if the back camera is pressed up against the charging surface and it either doesn’t charge at all or charges sporadically.
7. When utilizing a wireless charger in a car, high interior temperatures and concurrently operating music or map apps may be the cause of slower than anticipated charging speeds. Only a small portion of the charging power will go to the battery; the majority will go to the phone’s motherboard. The overall charging power will rise and the battery charging speed will improve after the in-car temperature falls to ≤26°C (78.8°F).
